Singles! Dutch Tulips, “Gold Chain”

Looks like our timing is pretty perfect as just after we posted our feature on Boston’s Dutch Tulips ahead of their In Between Days appearance (Happening on August 19th which you can read all about here), it was announced that the band’s first single since their debut full-length, “Gold Chain”, would be released to coincide with that appearance at IBD!

If you were already a fan thanks to Double Visions then it’s kind of a no-brainer that you’re going to love (Or at least greatly dig) “Gold Chain” but if you need a starting point then this is a great one to get your Tulips on to. Is that a thing? Anyway! We mentioned Telekinesis in our IBD preview so we’re going to double down on that especially with the smooth emotive way Jack Holland delivers vocals here but also raise you early The Cars AND The Cure with the vibrant vibes that DT lay down especially in the guitar department courtesy of Holland again with Justin Mantell’s synths providing just the right atmosphere. Tack on the righteous rhythmic rumble from drummer Matt Freake and bassist Michael Holland and “Gold Chain” is a must-listen end of the summer anthem.

“Gold Chain” drops on August 17th and you can do all that pre-orderin’ and pre-savin’ stuff now by heading here. For the latest from Dutch Tulips, follow them on their socials across the information superhighway when you click here.
