RNRF X In Between Days, Local Look: Shallow Pools

Appearing on Day 1 of the 2023 edition of In Between Days (August 19th at 330PM on the Arbella Insurance Stage to be exact), Boston’s Shallow Pools is ready to bring their riotous Pop-infused Rawk to the collected masses at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy, MA! And we’re here today to tell you why you should seek them out when they hit that stage!

The Boston-based Shallow Pools has come a long way since 2019’s debut EP Spring with their sound constantly evolving from an Indie/Alt Rawk core into some of your more standard Pop-oriented fare heard on tracks like “it’s alright” and “glow” to what we have today with “IHYK” which dropped this past April or “Now or Never” (Both released on current label home of Equal Vision Records) which preceded it. And what we have today is an overall elevation of the Shallow Pools sound from guitarist Jess Gromada, vocalist Glynnis Brennan, drummer Ali Ajemian,  and bassist Haley Senft which ups the seismic activity for a PVRIS and Paramore parley that’s ready for the bigger stages like the one fans will get to experience at In Between Days later in August.

You can keep up on all things Shallow Pools via their socials when you head here, here, or here. In Between Days Festival is happening on August 19th and 20th over at Veterans Memorial Stadium and you can secure your tickets in advance NOW by heading here.
