Coal Chamber Set To Release First New Album In 13 Years, Rivals, This May

Coal Chamber fans rejoice! Not only is the band set for a triumphant North American headlining run with Filter, Combichrist, and American Head Charge but they’ve also just announced that their highly anticipated follow up to Dark Days is due in May through Napalm Records. Artwork, Track Listing and Release Dates Revealed 

 

Reactivated Los Angeles, California’s COAL CHAMBER have confirmed a May 19th North America release date for their new album Rivals. This is the band’s first new album in over thirteen years. With producer Mark Lewis at the helm, Rivals makes it seem as if COAL CHAMBER never took a break at all. They picked up right where they left off and have delivered what some may consider their best work to date. Today the artwork (pictured above) and track listing for Rivals have been revealed.

In support of Rivals,COAL CHAMBER will be on a North American Headline Tour this Spring. Support on the tour will come from Filter, Combichrist and American Head Charge. The tour begins March 6th in Tempe, AZ and runs through April 12th in Dallas, TX. COAL CHAMBER is offering an exclusive VIP Packages for every date on the tour HERE. The VIP package includes a meet and greet with the band, exclusive t-shirt, exclusive poster, souvenir laminate and early entry (where applicable).

COAL CHAMBER is a band stood as leaders at the forefront of new genres, constantly reinventing their sound and not fitting any mold except their own. With sold out tours, and millions of records sold, COAL CHAMBER owned the Scene from the mid nineties until their tumultuous breakup in May of 2002.
